How can I participate in Brother Bigger Rewards?

To participate in the promotion you must register online at www.brotherbiggerrewards.com.au and be a reseller of Brother business machines and consumables.

When does the promotion start and finish?

The promotion commences 14th November 2011 to 31st March 2012.

How can I check my Ticket balance?

To view your ticket balance you must be logged onto the site www.brotherbiggerrewards.com.au. Once you’ve logged in you will see the number of tickets earned on eligible products sold at 1 ticket per $500 sold.

Will my Ticket balance be refreshed each fortnight?

No, the tickets you’ve earned will be accumulated throughout the promotion and will roll into each fortnightly draw. The more tickets you earn, the more chances you have of winning a fortnightly prize and the more chances you have of winning the Major Prize.

How are my tickets allocated?

Distributors and resellers participating in the promotion are required to provide a sales report at the end of each week during the promotional period. Reports are due each Friday by 17:00pm AEDST.

How often will the Tickets that I have earned be updated on my account?

Your Ticket balance will be updated at the end of each fortnight on the following dates: 08/12/11, 22/12/11, 09/01/11, 19/01/12, 30/1/12, 02/02/12, 16/02/12, 01/03/12, 15/03/12 and 09/04/12.

Is this offer valid on all Brother Printers, Multi Function Centres and Consumables?

Yes.

Is this offer valid on Electronic Labelling items and Consumables?

No, this promotion is only for Business Machines and Business Machine consumables.

How long does it usually take to dispatch my prize if I win a fortnightly draw?

Fortnightly winners will be notified 2 days after the draw date and the prize will be dispatched within 5 days of making contact with the winner.
